In reality, it's probably more the combination of ten hours of driving suddenly changing to walking everywhere, but it makes for a better title, no? The last time I visited, I got cramps in both legs simultaneously that were so bad, I nearly fell over.I've fallen, and I don't have one of those things!It was better this time, though. There was a lot of soreness, and threats of cramping, but I never really got hit. Whee, good.
Had a great time this visit. Got to experience, in person, the charm and wit of Jonno & the Sturtle , saw a great production put on the the Running with Scissors crew(twice!) and made myself fat and happy with jambalaya from several restaurants. I will return sometime when all my earthly belongings are not crammed into the back seat and trunk of my car, just waiting for someone to crack a window open.
